Daniel Shindleman is a director of our European office responsible for investor relations and new business development in Europe. He practiced tax law with Fraser Milner Casgrain in Toronto (one of Canada's leading law firms) and was General Counsel, Senior Vice President and a Partner of ABB Financial Services with assets of USD 15 billion. As a Member of the Executive Committee and the Credit Committee of the ABB Financial Services Group, Daniel oversaw the international investment portfolio. He has negotiated debt and equity for private and public investments globally. Daniel has also been responsible for corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago with a specialization in finance.
